Brett Ratner To Direct Mariah’s ‘Through The Rain’ Video

Mariah Carey fan site MariahCarey.DK reports the video for her new single ‘Through The Rain’ is currently scheduled to be shot in New York City on September 24th and 25th and will be directed by ‘Rush Hour’ and ‘Rush Hour 2′ director Brett Ratner. The new video is expected to surface in mid-October.
