Brian McFadden In Court

Brian McFadden returned to court to face three charges alleging speeding, careless driving and driving without reasonable consideration, at Balbriggan District Court on Thursday (October 28) in London. The alleged incident took place on the M1 motorway in Dublin on September 23, 2002. McFadden last attended court on March 4, when an application by the prosecution to delay the hearing for two months for McFadden to embark on a six-month tour with Westlife was granted.
