The New York Daily News reports Kentwood is closing ranks behind their favorite daughter Britney Spears after she sparked an international uproar by marrying hometown hunk Jason Alexander on a whim – and then dumping him. “Britney is our hometown star, and Jason is our hometown guy,” said Charlene Blades, who is friends with both. “Give them a break.
