The Daily Mail reports British health and safety officials overruled Madonna’s demand for no air conditioning at her Wembley Arena concert on Tuesday (August 1). The venue is set to snubbing the Material Girl’s no air-conditioning demands for her next six shows. Wembley Arena marketing manager Colin Roberts said: “A lot of people realize that 12,000 people in a confined space will generate a lot of heat, as well as the production itself and the lights. There’s a health and safety issue with regards to the audience and that’s why we will be reviewing the situation and her requirements.” Read more.
