Britney Spear’s ‘Toxic’ is the Hot 100′s top debut this week arriving at No. 53. ‘In The Zone’ moves up 5 spots to No. 11 and is 1 of only 4 titles to post a sales increase from the top 30 albums. This is mostly due to the large increase in airplay from her 2nd single. Jessica Simpson’s ‘In This Skin’ moves up to No. 28 on the album chart while ‘With You’ reaches a new peak position of No. 32 on the Hot 100.
