TMZ hears that Jessica has privately confessed that she has not earned the tens of millions of dollars that have been widely reported, though California marriage laws splitting assets would provide incentive for the ‘Dukes’ star to feign poverty. Sources add that “while it is apparent [Britney and Kevin] had a big fight, it has not yet reached the level of divorce.
