Britney Desperate To Hide Huge Hickey On Her Neck

A spy at the September 3 press conference for the NFL Kickoff Concert in Washington, D.C. told Us Weekly that Britney Spears refused to pose for pictures because she was concerned about a huge hickey on her neck. The spy says that when organizers begged Brit for just one good shot, she told her handlers, “This thing is huge. How is no one going to see it?”
