An insider tells PerezHilton.com that Britney Spears was “making arrangements” to go to Justin Timberlake’s concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Wednesday night. “Britney was hanging out with JC [Chasez] last night,” a Spears source explained. “They’re planning to go to the concert together this evening. Britney desperately wants Justin back.”
