A Malibu real estate source tells UsMagazine.com that the 9,000-square-foot mansion where Britney Spears and Kevin Federline spent most of their marriage, which underwent extensive renovations, is over-priced and over-customized to Spears’ and Federline’s quirky tastes. “There’s literally a bar everywhere you turn,” a source explained. “It’s too over the top.” The home was originally listed at $13.5 million, but has since been downgraded to just under $12 million.
