Britney Spears Addresses Her Critics In ‘Overprotected’ Video

MTV reports Britney Spears’ new video will continue to show the singer trying to ditch her adolescent image. In the ‘Overprotected’ video directed by Chris Applebaum, Britney and five friends outsmart her bodyguard by telling him “you’re wanted elsewhere” and then sneaking out of a hotel and into an underground dance club. Britney filmed the video last weekend, before heading to join her *NSYNC boyfriend Justin Timberlake in Portland last Sunday. Read more.
