Britney Spears After Her Knee Surgery

Britney Spears was photographed returning from her knee surgery, with her boyfriend Kevin Federline and a Security guard. She was obviously in pain in some of the pictures, and limping in others. And you can see that her pant leg is rolled up above the knee that had surgery.
