Britney Spears’ Album Not Flying Off Shelves Everywhere

Contributed anonymously:

I like how some people think that just because in a couple of cities, that it’s doing well everywhere and is going to break records. I went to a few stores today looking for a CD single and ’ ‘In The Zone’ CDs had barely been touched. Instead, the Beatles album ‘Let It Be…Naked’ was what was “flying off the shelves”. So, I suggest everyone hold onto their britches and wait until the one-day numbers and predictions come in tomorrow and later in the week, before they start declaring a “victory”. A lot can change in the course of a week. And it will be annoying if every psycho Britney fan on this site posts an irrelevant report from their own city.

Just because in your city it’s not doing well doesn’t mean it’s not doing well everywhere else. Who cares about ‘Beatles’ album? I know for sure, that album would probably debut at #1… but who cares? It would be awesome if Britney debuts at #1!! And it will be annoying if every psycho hater on this site posts an irrelevant report from their own city about how it’s not selling well.

Everyone will buy their cute lil Cd’s this weekend, hold onto ur bra and chill out. I don’t like Lil Britney, but her CD has some cute songs and nice beats.

I’m not a Britney’s fan either, but I’m sure her CD is going to do really well. It’s been very anticipated and overall, the girl has been working hard since childhood and being the provider of her house at such a young age, it’s not easy, there’s a lot of pressure. Her, sister and brother can live a good life because Britney has been working her butt off, so good things that happen to her are well deserved. That basically goes to any artist that has been the support of their families.

It is flying off the shelves you loser. It’s already been reported that Brit’s album will sell around 600,000 copies based on the first day sales. This will be one of the best first week sales for the entire year. Britney is still on top and no one else even comes close.

Who cares about ‘ Beatles’ Album?’, ‘Probably the millions and millions of fans they STILL have to this day. Probably more fans after decades than Britney will have in her life. So take a chill pill and wait for the numbers to come out. I don’t get this conviction people have that she will be number one on the charts. From what I’ve seen so far in numbers (not counting people kissing her ass on TV and making a big frenzy about the album) she’s not doing that good on the radio. Her spins keep getting lower. Maybe she needs a Timberlake-clone in a new video, that way she’ll sell like he did. Promoting the album based on a relationship gone bad. (please, I’m NOT saying she’s doing or will do that!)

Who cares about the Beatles album? Anyone who has more sense than to buy Britney…’, ‘over the band that brought rock and roll to a new plateau. I am not saying that if you like Britney you’re an idiot, what I am saying is that it is really a stupid comment. The Beatles over Britney any day, I am sure many, many people feel that way.

Britney’s three albums debuted at #1, dare we count how many #1’s the Beatles have…’, ‘The last one only a couple of years ago. Only a Britney fan would be unable to realize the importance of the Beatles.

If Britney debuts at #1 by a much larger amount than the Beatles it will prove how many crack whores and dirty old men there are in this country over actual listeners of music.

As bad as some people might think Brit’s singing is it’s much better than the weak ass voice Paul has. He sings like crap and I don’t know how anyone could listen to his garbage voice. It’s worse than Mariah’s whispering.
