The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Britney Spears was spotted in Palm Desert, California on Sunday morning (January 6) with her paparazzo pal Adnan Ghalib, successfully ducking Adnan’s paparazzi pals a day after being released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The troubled pop tart and the photographer went in for breakfast at the Daily Grill on El Paseo, with Spears celebrating her release by drinking a mimosa champagne drink. “She seemed in a really good mood, laughing with the guy she was with,” the restaurant’s manager tells People magazine.
