Britney Spears Apologizes (!) Plus Rumors Of A New Single

Britney Spears has shocked observers for taking responsibility for something. The singer wrote an apology note to X17 for attacking one of their photographer’s cars with an umbrella before she checked into Promises rehab earlier this year. Check it out here. If true, no word if she’s coordinating with Jive on the release and she/they will promote it, or if Britney’s off in her own little world.
