Britney Spears Applies For A California Driver’s License

People magazine reports that Britney Spears has applied for a California driver’s license today, driving with a friend to a Department of Motor Vehicles office in Van Nuys, California. The singer took a written test only, as a driving test isn’t required for persons who already have a driver’s license in another state. Records show that Spears does have a Louisiana license valid through December 2009 and has used that for when she’s been pulled over in California in the past. Read more.
