Britney Spears looked heavy as she left a Mexican restaurant in Santa Monica, California with bruises on her arm the other day. Spears and her girlfriend then headed to another restaurant in Malibu where they met up with her husband Kevin Federline. Britney borrowed the valet’s coat because she was chilly or perhaps to hide her mid-section, as there have been reports that she is pregnant with her second child.
