Britney Spears was spotted outside Fred Segal in West Hollywood on Friday (February 15). Security was again furious with the paparazzi, who as usual ignored multiple orders to clear a way for the troubled pop tart and to get off the property. Making her way through the photographer mob, Britney moaned, “Will everybody just chill out.” Eventually Britney and her group made it back to the SUV. Watch footage via YouTube below.
