E! Online Reports that Britney Spears will attend the annual ‘Teen Choice Awards’ this year. Others to make an appearances are Colin Farrell, Hilary Duff, Ryan Seacrest, and Paula Abdul, while Kelly Clarkson will perform at the awards show. David Spade will host, no word on when it will air.
