Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Monday night, “Man, the winter weather around the country – it’s been chilly here. I tell ya, I was shivering last night like Britney Spears sitting on a a cold leather car seat. … What’s the difference between Britney Spears and Ryan Seacrest? Britney doesn’t wear panties. … Did you hear about what happened to Britney Spears the other night? I guess she went to the Tom Jones concert in Las Vegas. And he threw underwear at her.”
