According to a UK magasine ‘Heat’, Britney Spears may have had a breast reduction. “Britney looks like she may have had a breast augmentation. The breast look very perky despite having no sign of support, but its hard to tell if she has had a reduction because of the corset style top which would naturally hold her in,” says plastic surgeon Dr Gaitanis.
