Britney Spears Buys Adnan Ghalib A New Mercedes Benz SUV?

Britney Spears has apparently bought her new boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, a brand new Mercedes Benz SUV. The troubled pop tart and pap visited a Mercedes-Benz dealership in the valley on Friday (January 11), where they were greeted by a pack of pesky paparazzi. At one point, in the middle of the road, Adnan and Britney reclined in their seats of the car as other cars' horns blared. Later, the couple were greeted as Adnan opened the garage door of his home to drive off. Watch footage below the fold.
