The Chicago Sun-Times reports Britney Spears may have canceled her show at Rosemont’s Allstate Arena last Friday, but an injured knee didn’t prevent her from buying $650 worth of beads and semi-precious stones to give to her dancers at Caravan Beads on Saturday. Spears was accompanied by her mother Lynne and nibbled on a cookie while she shopped.
