Britney Spears bought a bouquet of flowers to give to her fiance Kevin Federline to congratulate him on the birth of his second child with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson on Tuesday (July 20). She was on her way home from a Santa Monica tanning salon. Spears was barefoot and happy as she selected the flowers for Federline at the local 7-11 convenience store.
