Britney Spears Cancels Tonight’s Concert

NBC5 reports concert for Friday night at All-State Arena in Rosemont, Illinois was canceled. Spears injured her knee during a dance move while performing in Moline on Thursday night. The ‘Onyx Hotel’ tour stop will be rescheduled for sometime in April and anyone with tickets for tonight’s show can get a full refund in the future.
