was spotted at a Carl’s Jr. drive-thru on Monday (October 1), where the singer turned over her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to Kevin Federline’s bodyguard after the judge ruled against her. The singer then headed to the DMV to get her driver’s license and later did some shopping in Beverly Hills.
