Britney Spears Claims Her Rehab Was Bogus

TMZ has learned Britney Spears feels totally betrayed by her mother Lynne, her soon-to-be ex husband Kevin Federline, her former manager Larry Rudolph, and Promises, the rehab facility she called home for nearly a month. After Britney and her assistant/cousin Alli Sims contacted Promises multiple times asking for evidence that she tested negative for drugs and alcohol, Promises finally responded with two reports, the first of which was taken 15 days after the pop tart checked in.
