Britney Spears Countersues Obsessed Fan

‘Celebrity Justice’ reports Britney Spears is asking a judge to throw out claims made by Mashaiko Shizawa, who Britney once accused of stalking her. He had filed a federal lawsuit against her and two security guards. The suit claimed Shizawa suffered severe emotional distress after being confronted by Spears’ people. It alleges one of the guards pointed a gun and told him to leave. As a result, Shizawa suffers from “nervousness, anxiety and chronic upset stomach.” Britney now is countersuing saying she’s the victim of a bogus lawsuit.
