Britney Spears Doesn’t Pass Cowell’s Test
Entertainment Weekly spoke with ‘American Idol’ judge Simon Cowell, known as Mr. Nasty. When asked which of today’s successful pop starswouldn’t pass his audition, Cowell responded, “Britney Spears. She had one of the best pop songs written for her of all time ['...Baby One More Time']. Whoever got that record was going to have a massive hit.
