An onlooker spoke with the Daily Mail about one of Britney Spears’ trips out in Los Angeles this week, critical of her messy hair and cigarette in hand. “To put it bluntly, Britney looked a bit of a mess,” the onlooker said. “She was dressed in clothes that didn’t match and her shirt was only buttoned up halfway, making her look even more casual.
