The New York Post reports Britney Spears abruptly decided not to cooperate with an NBC ‘Dateline’ appearance for which she was supposed to appear this fall, and has switched to ABC instead. “Britney’s manager pulled her cooperation from ‘Dateline’ when ABC called up and promised her a huge prime-time holiday-season special,” a source reports. “ABC pulled out all the stops for Britney. They see it as a war with NBC, and they want to win. ABC promised Britney her own special, plugs on ‘Good Morning America’ and ‘Entertainment Tonight’ and nonstop coverage of her new album, ‘Britney’.”

I mean it just shows you that her album is gonna be huge I mean all these people want her to do specials and everything with them. She’s gonna have great press on this album and I think it is gonna be by far the best one.
Read closely, it says her new album “Britney”, wasn’t that her last album? It’s hard to believe this report. Somebody needs to get their facts straight.
first of all get a life. second, Britney’s 3rd album produced as many sales as Avril Lavigne’s first album did…and everyone said Avril’s album did great, and Britney’s didn’t…statistics show the real results.
Why would she need any kind of t.v. special? To teach us all how to lip synch? All the networks are only behind her at this point because of the hype, and for ratings. They could care less who they book so long as they beat the other networks.
Networks don’t care anything about any artist, it’s always about the hype and the ratings. Do you actually think Dateline care about Justin, no they didn’t.
This album is gonna flop like the last three. I still can’t figure it out why her fans are so excited about this one. I mean what’s the difference, it’s the same old crap. She sing songs about boys, craziness, lollipops, adolescence, about being a virgin, partying etc… I swear to God people will make fun of this album including me while her album sales decreases. Also tell me one celebrity who praised her so-called ‘talent’. (Oh my, I shouldn’t asked) MU HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA ! ! ! ~*~BRANDY TO CHRISTINA~*~ ‘Christina Aguilera is my girl, and she puts on a great great show. I went to a lot of summer jams and radio-sponsored concerts, and a lot of artists like Pink, Mya, Tamia just really made me miss the stage.
Carpediem’s Mistress…. I don’t know if this story is true or not but Entertainment tonight is on WSB an ABC affiliate, at least it is here in Georgia. I can’t wait for her album!
That’s great that Brandy is a fan of X-tina’s. Brandy is my 2nd favorite female singer. It would be really nice if they did a duet together! I can’t wait for Brandy’s new album! That’s my girl! Holla!
That’s not possible. ABC is owned by Disney and ET by paramount… It’s on CBS, isn’t it?
holiday special???? I HIGHLY doubt she can even sing jingle bells properly ….. and this post doesn’t really make any sense……..the facts are all messed.
Britney’s last three albums flopped? Well let’s see, Britney has sold many more albums than Christina, Britney’s first album sales probably exceed all of Christina’s sales put together. Britney’s last album may have not sold as well as her previous albums, but her 1st and 2nd albums were definitely not “flops”. So shut up if you aren’t educated in the facts.
