Conan O’Brien joked during his Late Night monologue on Thursday night, “Britney Spears is claiming that the reason she went out without wearing any underwear is because it had been two years since the last time she went out. That was her explanation. Yeah. Britney says she can’t be expected to keep up with every single fad that comes along, like wearing something that covers your vagina.”

yeah Conan is pretty funny.. liked him better on ‘Late Night’ though, he’s gotten a bit stiffer for the earlier audience. now that Britney’s off tour, perhaps she’ll revert to the up skirt phase. lol
