Britney Spears Eyes ‘Wicked’ Role
‘The Insider’ correspondent Marc Malkin reports that Britney Spears has expressed interest in starring as the green witch in the film version of the Broadway hit ‘Wicked’. “She is obsessed with the musical,” a source told Malkin. “She listens to the CD all the time in her car. She bought 10 copies of the CD at a mall to give as gifts.” Also potentially in the running is Hilary Duff.
