Britney Spears’ Fall: The Never-Before-Seen Footage

MTV News has procured footage of Britney Spears’ accident on the set of her new video ‘Outrageous’, which led to the cancellation of her ‘Onyx Hotel’ North American tour and surgery for the singer. The video gives more of a sense of how sudden the injury was and how Spears reacted, through a local band shooting footage on the same street. Watch it here.
