Bloomberg.com reports Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears, 50, and former San Diego Chargers General Manager Steve Ortmeyer are part of the St. Louis-based group, which is known as MSL Management that will submit a bid for an Arena Football League expansion team in St. Louis. “I see much potential in the arena league,” Spears said.
