The final hearing in Britney Spears’ child custody case that was to take place today before her five-day trial begins on August 25th has been delayed until Friday, OK! magazine reports. The delay was prompted by Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, who told the publication, “It was my idea to delay it for a day. But the next available day for Wasser and I was Friday, simple as that. I think I will know better what is needed to go to trial then, than I do now.” Kaplan insisted the delay was not caused by a possible settlement. Read more.
