Britney Spears Gets A Flat, Paparazzo Comes To The Rescue

X17 reports got a flat tire on Mulholland. The singer got help from an INF paparazzo, who changed her tire. They add that Britney saw Sean Preston and Jayden James over the weekend and passed two court-mandated drug tests on Friday and Saturday. Check out pictures and video from X17 and INF.
