Britney Spears Gets Booted For Defying Smoking Ban

The Mirror reports Britney Spears was humiliated after being booted from Joseph’s nightclub after defying the club’s smoking ban. Club security asked Britney to stub out her cigarette, but he was told by Britney’s bodyguard that as she was such a big name, the rules didn’t apply to her. Club bosses had other ideas and told her to leave. “A year ago Britney was untouchable and no one would have dared tell her what to do. But things are different now,” a club insider said. “She had it all but she’s throwing it all away. The whole thing was embarrassing. She thinks that, because she’s Britney Spears, she can smoke if she wants to – but not any more. Those days are over.”
