Britney Spears Gets Kevin Federline To Sign A Pre-Nup
TV Celebrity Justice is reporting Britney Spears is getting fiance Kevin Federline to sign a prenuptial agreement after all. Under California community property laws, if there was no pre-nup, Kevin would be entitled to half the martial assets accumulated AFTER the marriage. So if Britney is currently worth $100 million and when they divorce she is worth $120 million then he would get $10 million, not $60 million.
