Britney Spears Gets Off The PETA Hook

The New York Daily News reports Britney Spears has gotten off the hook with PETA. Within days of her album ‘In the Zone’ hitting shelves, PETA started getting calls from fans upset to see the singer wearing what looked like a fur jacket on the back cover. The group promptly checked with the star’s management, which said that the coat is a “very good fake.”
