In Touch magazine reports that Britney Spears, feeling guilty for stressing out her mother Lynne and causing her to age prematurely after her quickie wedding to Jason Alexander, treated her mother with a day of cosmetic treatments. Lynne received Botox injections around her eyes and forehead from a top skin doctor in Los Angeles. “Britney told her mom it was a present,” a friend revealed.
