The pair and Big Rob, plus a posse of pals, partied it up with the Britster at the Foundation Room penthouse of the Mandalay Bay casino. Spys say Spears “was smoking like a freight train and knocking back shots.” An onlooker remarked, “She was acting like any normal 21-year-old out to party.” While Britney sat next to Phil twice, and Phil propped his arm around her a few times, there was “no downright nooky.”
