Britney Spears’ Gotten The Colin Farrell Callback

Besides being asked about Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst and her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake on the TRL Awards show on Monday, Ben Affleck asked Britney Spears if she has given his ‘Daredevil’ co-star Colin Farrell a ring since she attended ‘The Recruit’ premiere. Britney’s stammered response was: “Uhm, well I … Uhm, the thing, is uh … Well, you know, I think girls shouldn’t call guys. I think guys should call girls.” She added, “But don’t worry, Ben, he’s called so it’s all good.” Earlier in the show, Spears hinted again at an interest in Tom Cruise, after MTV played a clip of the actor saying, “I dig Britney.” Spears said “That’s kinda cool,” and when co-host Carson Daly joked, “Penelope who?”, Britney responded, “I wish. That’s cool.”
