I am a psych student. Granted everyone is allowed to have their opinions, but you needed to do a lot more research on BPD before you said this. Not only does she show OVERT symptoms of Bipolar disorder, BPD is almost always hertitary. This is why we see a lot of families in the prison system, not just one member. As conflicted as the Spears are they really don't show signs of BPD, nor does she really. The DSM-IV TR would probably diagnose her as Bipolar, this would also explain her improvement, because bipolar medication makes a profound difference, and the major ebs and flows of BPD don't respond well to psychotropic drugs and theraphy takes time to see such a marked improvement.
