Conan O’Brien joked during his Late Night monologue on Friday night, “Speaking of the holidays, has agreed to host a New Year’s Eve party at a Las Vegas night club. Yeah, here’s how it works. Apparently, at the stroke of midnight, Britney’s panties will drop.”
