The New York Daily News reports chain-smoking Britney Spears has been skirting New York City’s anti-smoking laws. Spears, who was spotted puffing away last week at Capitale, lit up again at Union Square’s Underbar on Saturday. A spy tells the paper that “she asked for an ashtray, and then sent a busboy out for another pack of cigarettes.” Reps for Spears and Underbar deny the allegation.
