The Sunday People reports Britney Spears was recently in tears on a flight across America, though it had nothing to do with her break-up with *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake. Britney told the flight crew that she’d just had dental surgery and was in agony as the painkiller wore off. They gave her several aspirin.
