Britney Spears Intoxicates Austrailia

According to the ARIA, Austrailia’s singles chart, Britney Spears has debuted at #1 with her worldwide smash hit, ‘Toxic’. This is the second time in a row Britney debuted at #1, with ‘Me Against the Music’, debuting at the top slot in November. This is Spears’ fourth #1, her first being, ‘Baby One More Time’, staying at the top for a record breaking 9 weeks. Elsewhere on the charts, Jamelia’s, ‘Superstar’, dips to #2 and Australia’s own Kylie Minogue slips down a few notches.
