‘Extra’ reports Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says he and estranged wife Britney Spears are making progress towards bringing their divorce settlement to a peaceful conclusion. “The parties are making significant progress towards amicably resolving this case,” Kaplan said in a statement Thursday morning.
