Britney Spears showed up for a deposition at the law offices of Mark Vincent Kaplan on Thursday (January 3), although the troubled pop tart was almost two hours late. Spears was supposed to be there at 9:45 AM and answer questions from ex-husband Kevin Federline’s attorney until 11:45 AM, but she arrived at 11:32 AM and only answered questions for 13 minutes. Kaplan said in a press conference afterwards that another depo has been scheduled, and that he hasn’t decided to seek sanctions against Spears for her tardiness. Watch footage below.
