Radar Online reports Britney Spears has lost a second publicist since October, with Jive Records rep Sonia Muckle leaving the record company to start her own marketing and promotions company. “I left of my own accord,” she insisted. “This has been in the works for several months.” Spears previously was represented by Leslie Sloane Zelnik.
